I remember seeing a pic of union splitboard bindings. Maybe with PBR highbacks. I know they aren't actually union, but what is the base? Spark, voile, karakoram?

i have 2 ultras and a horror, the ultra thats been broken in has just a little bit less flex than the horror as the ultra that i havnt ridden much is pretty stiff when i compare the 3 . dont be afraid when you first ride it and it feels alot stiffer than anticipated.

johan made a pair with karakoram bases and SL parts. the parts fit on spark bases too, though. -

No. I used some washers in the heel cup and bored out the toe strap hole a little. Other than that, easy putting them together. Same with the Karakorums.

i haven't put union highbacks on my sparks, but both straps fit pretty much like they were meant to be, just had to use the right hardware combo for the ankles.
pretty cool how it works out so easily though. it's nice cause i like what i like, so i can basically make a force split binding and be at home.

Yeah, the Ultrafear is wider than the Indoor, but the Ultrafear also has the rubber dampening.

Why they changed colors to the 151 and 157, i thought the 151 was supposed to be red, and someone at the hcsc has a red 151 ultrafear, but on the youth shelter sites the 151 is orange and the 157 red

i'd call the one in the video orange, but the pic definitely looks red.
could be the instagram. could be they've changed the colors from pre-production/demos to what's being advertised in shops. why does it matter so much? -
