Anybody know if the 2013 Thirtytwo Lashed flex is softer than previous years? The catalog shows a flex of 4/10 (previous being 5/10). Not sure if they changed their flex scale....or flex feel of the Lashed.

i guess i should have said "for rome." as in they're not putting overly computerized barf graphics on all their boards. what do you want, some super complicated multi color board? no idea is original anymore.

I like the cross rocket graphic a lot.
Is Rome's no hangups tech like an insanely long freestyle scoop (burton) or mild TBT....or yes?

similar enough to tbt, i think. a long football shaped portion in the middle of the base is normal, and outside of that, it lifts up a little. the crossrocket is a full camber board with it, and i have a butterknife proto that looks like it's flat + no hangups, which i wasn't really into.

It annoys me how much burton keeps changing their camber profiles.
I mean in the 4 or 5 years the lipstick has been around, its been v-rocker, flying v, and now flat top. Why keep changing it? Just to make you buy a new board every year? -

Just a guess, but maybe the lipstick fills out a certain style of riding/niche in the line and they keep finding "better" technologies that fit that style. That and they may be adding new boards to the line that weren't there previously...
