2 good points:
-rad, rad display (doesn't seem that big however)
-micro SD (finally)
quad core? Do you have a link to a spec? Also, what carrier, or is it open (guessing you're not in North America.)

yes, it's an open line/unlocked phone.
only US didn't get the quad for some reason.
super-doooper fast phone though. there was an update to 4.0.3 after 2nd day i had it.... even smoother/faster now.
Found it...
The international version of the S III uses Samsung's new quad-core Exynos processor, but because the company hasn't figured out how to make it work with LTE (really guys?) the U.S. version uses Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4. The S4 is a great processor for a dual-core, but last year's Exynos (also dual-core) smoked everything in its path, and there are a lot of people who are going to be bummed that the quad-core version isn't going to make it to the states. That said, the S4 almost never stutters at all.

I'll say 99% of consumers won't be able to tell the different between a dual core and 4-core processor in terms of performance, I guess it's a good way to get away from LTE if you don't need/want it.
Good luck finding mobile apps that support quad-core processing.
galaxy tab 2 10.1 banned in the US? skimmed through an article on that. the biggest joke ive ever herd, apple needs to get their head outa their ass.
^maybe if other companies came up with their own shit that wouldn't of happened. Take a look at android before iOS and after. I'm not an apple fanboy, I love android, but they should have seen this coming.

sony has had a tablet for years before the "ipad" so i dont understand it...
Its a weight thong for me. I commute via run or bike.
My 10.1 is heavyyy along with my other stuff.
oh and the 7" just feels nice to read... like reading a paperback.
ohhhh, yes.
the $200 price tag on the nexus doesn't hurt either.
getting kinda sick of the $5-750 range on new items.
what about the ipad mini coming out.... another pointless apple move.... jobs was clearly the brains of that operation. downhill they go!
i love my galaxy nexus, and have fondled the galaxy 10.1 and imo its no contest against the ipad....samsung will be king.
When the iPad came out, I thought "who the fuck is going to buy this?"
Turns out, there are loads of stupid people with loads of disposable income. I'm sure whatever Apple throws at the market will be a huge success.
Yeah as an owner of one I feel qualified to testify to the pointlessness of tablets

Its not about a tablet...Its more OS based/internal design patents.
No more flash for new android installations starting august 15th.
From my understanding It's based on external design not the operating system. Basically apple is claiming that the seamless glass top etc is theirs
amazing they won the patent on things like scroll and pinch to zoom.
i just remembered the chrome book the other day. surprising they still haven't given up on it... evidently pushing them to offline sales at best buy now.
Finally got the ICS update on my RAZR. It is much smoother than Gingerbread was, and It's not as heavily Moto-Blur'd as it was before.
Got an e-mail today saying my Galaxy S3 shipped and should be arriving Monday. Might wait to switch over until after Tuesday though, 'cause I don't think I want to take the S3 to Warped with me, afraid I will destroy it the first day I have it, lol.
