I've fallen in love with Zeds Dead this past week, I can't get enough. There's been some awesome shows this season, living close to nelson doesn't hurt. Contemplating going to Shambhala this summer, but tickets seem a bit steep.

Thats the Soulwax remix of Kids in that mashup. Definitely one of the best remixes of Kids and better w/o the mash... :P

Just a quick "I was there 8 people back from the stage." Just on the left corner of the pyramid. So trippy, no one knew what to expect. When they rolled out to the Close Encounter of the Third Kind I knew it would be epic. The set still gives me goosebumps. 50,000 people crammed in and around a tent. From what I heard, almost every other stage drained out when word got out about how crazy the Daft Punk show was.

I tend to go for heavy, heavy electronic music overall. I attribute that to my love of heavy music in general started by listening to my father's Black Sabbath records from about the age of four onwards. I hope you have a good sub hooked up for these otherwise you're really missing out.

These last ones are from my absolute favorite musician, Lustmord. I realize most people would think of his work as barely music if at all and more than likely just noise, but I love it. I could probably almost just have the Lustmord discography as the only music in my possession and be totally happy.

Oh, so all of a sudden 'electronic music' is cool. Y'all made enough fun of me for representing the oontz-oontz on the BMB back in the day.
Also, Rusko isn't dubstep. Rusko is brostep. Putting Rusko in the same post as Burial and Skream is an insult.

Rusko's early stuff wasn't really brostep. Sure he's progressed (or digressed?) toward brostep, but his tracks aren't nearly as brostepish as a lot of the stuff thats coming out today. -
