I was in Cannon Beach last week and Passing Gas was there the week before. Sooner or later all ELer's will visit that beach. Parker, if you are still there drive 10 miles south and hike the half mile down to short sands beach (in Oswald State Park), it's pretty awesome.

Goonies is one of my all time favorite movies and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to that beach. Plus it was nice to get out of the 100 degree Govy weather
