worked on this for 10 solid hours last night.. didnt go to sleep.
edit: here's 2011... 4 minutes from my short 25 day season before injury..
im actually gonna watch now :)
edit: fucking sick...amazing job spenser. really really great editing and amazing riding. you should be seriously proud of that brotha
Wow. I actually watched all 10 minutes. Good shit.
thanks dudes, i really appreciate it.
Great edit. Those clips of you and your friends cruising powder fields remind me of the best times I've ever had snowboarding.
That was rad. 4 cameras? Jesus.
Great edit. Is there an EG2 club up in AK?
four powershots by the end of the season. sd1000 stopped working early on, dropped the next sd1200 in the snow, bought a new one, it stopped working a couple weeks later after a drunk night (i dont remember what happened to it) so i got a warranty replacement, and then someone actually found the one i dropped in the snow and it still worked. and last week i dropped that warranty replacement one in the water on a raft adventure, so........... im just having a bad camera year, but i probably use each one more than most people use theirs.
i noticed the EG2 thing as well, haha. theyre just a nice goggle that most people seem to get hooked on after trying them on. i have airgoggles now but i used EG2s for the last two seasons and loved them.
awesome dude, awesome... Ima start digging a tunnel to alaska
have not finished but love the OH-Ten reference!!
Spenser that video was epic. Editing was great...I have done a lot of editing and I suck at it so I respect that it came out really well.
Nice job Spenser. Your videos are better than a lot of the stuff out there.
Ugghhh, I really need to work on the One Trick Ponies video. I got high hopes for it, 2 seasons of footage - 3 cameras, over 100 gigs of footy, ahh its like having another full time job.
Didn't want it to end.
Sick stuff, Spenser
Spenser, I love it. Radical and inspirational dude.
My thoughts exactly:

thanks dudes! all this feedback is making me feel accomplished, haha.
Nice work man, even though I have already seen all the footage I still love it
rad, really sick.
Bit of a melancholic vibe because of the second song, but then again that's pretty much the feeling I have at this time of the year regarding snowboarding. Nice work, makes me want shred powder with my friends. Some really good shots in there as well: I know how hard it can be to get your friends jumping down a cliff nicely framed and at the same time not ruin your own line, you really nailed those shots.
A bit of criticism to round this up: If you really want to use slow-mo try to film those shots with a higher framerate; a 30fps shot is simply rather choppy once slowed down, pretty much the reason why I personally never use slow-mo since my friends and I do all our filming with small point&shoot cameras as well.
What is it with people posting "first" recently like this is tws or something? anyway...
Very cool vid, spenser, well done. Gonna motivate me to do moar video next season. Not that any of my friends can keep up but...ya...
awesome, love the mellow, easy going vibe
and ah yeah, the powder, you guys know your terrain like the back of your hand!
that ruled hard man. so awesome.
awesome vid. great job.
Your friends are lucky to have a guy like you willing to film them all season. Definitely some talented guys you ride with. Last cliff drop was awesome. Next year you need to get more time in front of the lens. Your pals owe you.
Sweet edit Spenser. Looks like you guys are just out there having fun and you happen to have a camera, not like some of the other vids out there that are spending all day trying to get "the shot".
Good job Spenser, I enjoyed that. It looks like you and your friends have a good time up there.
Not gonna lie, didnt think Id make it through 11 minutes. But Spenser, I did, and this is one of my favorite edits of the year from anyone. You actually captured a whole season in one edit. The music and feel of the whole thing was awesome. This was pretty amazing
Great video Spenser.
great video man,
I envy that fact that i have to travel very far distances to even get to see much less ride snow like that
im looking forward to seeing more vids from you ha ha.
Love the mini bike track footy. Looks so fun.
awesome dude, your stuff (the feel of it) is on another level really.
