Word. I've started some breathing/relaxation techniques and they really help a lot. OCD is all about peace of mind. I'm trying to not have to go down the whole therapy route just yet. I think im doin ok...better than before anyways. ! Snowboarding helps. A lot.

I did a bunch of Chinese martial arts when I was really young. Bok Fu, it was based in the Bay Area. Did instructor training too, which was the hardest I have been pushed. The discipline and focus I was given really helped in my life and choices.
