Explosions in the Sky is my 7-11 for the same reason. Sleep music.
My top 5 is not one for snobs. They are on my regular work out playlist of songs that don't irritate me and occasionally give me a stupid bump in energy. Plus I haven't had a library refresh in a while so this goes back to July 2008.

i've never really been into bob dylan, and i've tried. most of my ituning happens at work so i don't play everything i normally listen to, like neil. been listening to the doors A LOT for a long time now, and it works in the shop. also is my most common player when i'm at home if i actually listen to music. usually when i'm doing shit in my room, stoned, spacing out and getting work done
Last listens on those tracks was more than a year ago though...a more accurate list would probably be every Mastodon album, a buttload of Trance and Graveyard
