I have to agree. I thought maybe it was due to my apartment floor not being completely level, but now that you mention it too I think the tips are slightly lifted as well

yep, it's becoming my fav allaround deck aswell, ultrafear might still be on top when it comes strictly to park though. I mean i really like softer tips and stiffer inbetween construction and i know you said 2013 will be the opposite again, i am thinking of getting 152 aswell so it's pretty much '12 vs '13 but on the other hand i haven't tried '13 yet so i can't really know. You probably tried only '13, would like to hear opinion on both constructions, vs.

Yeah I would love to hear more detailed thoughts on the 2013 Rook if you dont mind Parker.

I mean its a true twin high end park board (MSRP $500) so its got great construction. The whiplash core is thinner in between the inserts and thicker under foot and passed the inserts which allows for easy presses and decent snap (for a flat board). Its very playful without being "loose." The base is fast. The shape is slightly blunted. Its just an all round fun board and a team favorite.

Pretty similar rides. The main differences are the Rook is a midwide, The Rook has Carbon stringers while the T1 has pop band (basically strategic triax) and the Rook has ballistic impact panels under foot. Basically the Rook has a few more bells and whistles.
